  • Bedrooms

    • Single room with bed, desk, chest of drawers, cupboard, shelf, sink.

  • Utilities

    • All services included - electricity, water, gas, heating and shared telephone line.

  • Access

    • Living rooms

    • Computer lab (with wifi)

    • Group study rooms

    • Chapel

  • Cleaning

    Weekly cleaning of personal rooms

  • Meals

    2 home cooked meals and 1 packed lunch , 7 days a week.

  • Laundry

    Bed linen and towels provided

    Weekly laundry service for personal clothing

Volunteer Opportunities and FUN!

    The opportunity to visit seniors in an Ottawa retirement home. Visits are coordinated by a Valrideau staff member who has experience with seniors.

UNIV Congress

UNIV is an international gathering of young university women seeking to deepen their faith, their lives and give meaning to their work.

An experience that takes place in Rome during Holy Week and will help you renew your vision of the world, of others and of yourself.

Monthly recollections

Revisit your life goals and refresh your mind during a "mini-retreat". It includes a meditation given by an Opus Dei priest and a short lecture. Confessions are also possible.

Retreats for students

The silent retreat is one of Valrideau's spiritual activities entrusted to the Prelature of Opus Dei (www.opusdei.ca), an institution of the Catholic Church.
