Valrideau University Residence is an independent student residence situated in Sandy Hill. It is a 12-minute walk to the University of Ottawa.

St. Josemaria Escriva’s teachings inspired a group of women in Ottawa to begin a girls club. That idea eventually became Valrideau University Residence.
