A 10 day service project for university students in Moose Factory, Ontario. The goal of the project is to enable face- to -face contact and dialogue by sharing the Cree's way of life, hearing their stories, experiencing their hospitality and learning their history.

Visits to Seniors

An opportunity is provided to visit a senior known to Valrideau, or to visit a Nursing Home. A member of the Valrideau staff will accompany student(s) on these visits. The purpose is to provide some company, small service and/or share a talent. (e.g. Christmas Caroling). These visits help live generosity and build cross generational understanding.
